We have been helping people sell their real estate since 18 Years. This is the foundation on which our business is built. ARCHITECT

Architect with demonstrated experience and skill in large scale commercial project or whether its of residential nature and have designed private residences, retail and commercial spaces, hotel, and hostels. We represent the needs, expectations, and vision of our clients and help turn that vision into reality through our partnership with subcontractors.

Our Team

Raja Tanveer holds UAE office from December 2005, headquartered in Saudi Arabia. He deal with clients in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other key areas in the region. His unique specific knowledge and unique understanding of the local and international market ,able him to offer an exceptional level of diverse investment portfolio to all investors.

Raja Tanveer (Director Operations UAE)

Mr Kamran has been a director at pearl properties, for over 25 years and more recently a director for Pearl Homes. He is responsible for the efficient administration of the company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Kamran Khawar (Director)

Tahir is our business partner in United Kingdom and successfully managed to sell the residential and commercial properties to Pakistani expats in United Kingdom from last 5 years. Tahir is also the Director of Sales and Marketing at Premium Property UK where he is responsible for sales and some lettings appraisals, property management, Guidance on Investments, Valuations, Market Trends, promoting a Landlord’s flat or house and ensuring that the eventual transaction is as seamless as possible.

Working for a Estate Agent in Northwest London as a Sales Consultant from for 6 years, Bilal joined Pearl Property in 2013. Bilal prides himself on being helpful, making an effort to understand his client's needs, and motivating teamwork to meet expectations. Ahmed believes that every client has different needs and requirements; you have to listen and adapt to their wishes always advising them professionally to ensure you achieve the result they want.
