It was launched in May 1992 and is situated in the serene and picturesque loop of Soan River close to Grand Trunk (GT) Road, following the asymmetrical terrain of the Potohar. Phase 1 is spread over an area of approximately 11000 Kanal providing over 3100 Residential plots. This phase has been divided into six sectors and is fully developed with all amenities, taking care of your principal as well as your leisure needs.



The first exceptional co-opted housing project was launched in May 2008 under a unique development plan. The residents of Defence Villas will have an exclusive access to fully developed State-of-the-Art amenities. The villas are being constructed on rafts by leading construction companies like MIDJAC, HARO & AREAA with high quality infrastructure from Habib Rafiq Limited (HRL). 


Phase I Sector F launched on 25th June 2008, the project comprises of premium shops & apartments having 4 segments of Boulevard Avenue, Mall & Centre. It is visualised that Business Bay because of its location & proximity will emerge as the most distinctive future hub of business, commercial, residential & entertainment for aspiring professionals & entrepreneurs. 


Phase 2 was launched in Feb 94 and it is located in the famous Kahuta Triangle with one side, resting along Islamabad highway and other with Grand Trunk (GT) Road. The Apex is at Rawat and base runs parallel to Soan River. A typical potohar undulation with beautiful view having nice entrance/ exit for all three sides for better accessibility and excellent traffic flow. Phase 2 comprises of 15060 kanals and about 90% of the work has been completed.


After incorporating Askari XIV and additional land relinquished by foreign construction company, contract for re-design and development has been signed. Phase 4 is spread over an area of 16750 kanals.


The project is being developed along meandering spinal road that connects the area to both DHA Phase-I housing towards north and Rawalpindi M2 Motorway link towards the south. The natural topography has been respected to the greatest possible extent while trying to achieve a viable number of plots and an economical and well engineered infrastructure of civic and municipal services.


Services include Residential and Commercial plots, Health centers, Mosques, Fire station, Police station, Telephone Exchange, Graveyard, Electric Grid station, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Club houses, Sports Complex. The development work has commenced in Part 1.



DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Phase II Extension was launched in March 2005 and is spread over an area of 55,000 kanals (estimated). After re-designing of masterplan incorporating Overseas Sector, DHA Valley and DHA Expressway, the contract for development of Phase II Extn has been concluded and development work is underway.

DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has made another exceptional move towards the development of its phases according to modren infrastructure and design. The masterplan is designed by world-renowned Town Planning company 'OJRM' Los Angeles, USA.

Since 25th June, 09 DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has mobilized massive equipment and resources worth 4.5 billion rupees to complete development of Phase II Extension. DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has established onsite project offices to supervise and ensured development on a fast track program. According to new design, Phase II Extension has been divided into four sectors (A, B, C, D) and existing allotments will be adjusted in these sectors through a re-ballot. Each sector has its unique significance and has been designed in conformance with the international standards.

The project is being connected to Islamabad Highway by a six lane DHA Expressway which spans through the major phases of DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi making fast and secure access to city centres in twin cities.
